#Microsoft #Surface Phone appears in benchmarks

Microsoft Surface Phone Concept
Resurfaces be the word here, but this probably is our most reliable indication that a Microsoft Surface Phone could very well be a reality in the next few months.
Redmond is currently occupied with the launch of the Lumia 950 and 950 XL.
Its two new flagship devices.
But while these two smartphones are due for arrival next week, there have been hints that the company is also developing and testing a new line of handsets — one bearing the logo of its Surface brand and reportedly targeting the business sector.
No confirmation from Microsoft, whatsoever, on this, though.
However, the device has popped up in benchmarks, which could be a clear indication that such a handset is actually in existence.
Surface Phone Benchmark
Not much to go on as far as the entry itself is concerned. We have the name ‘Surface Phone’ and it has been benchmarked running Edge version 12. On Windows Phone 10.0, no less. And a peculiar screen resolution of 360 x 640 pixels, all of them!
Sure, this could just be someone having a laugh here.
But hopefully this is legit and we are moving towards an eventual release of a premium Windows 10 Mobile powered smartphone, with the now popular Surface branding, and all.
How do you folks see this?
