UPDATE 2: Microsoft has finally fixed the issue now you can download all the apps !!. However if it doesn't work for you then cancel the download and restart your device.

UPDATE 1: The company has provided official statement on this topic !

Hello Insiders!
A topic of conversation that is getting a lot of attention is in relation to Lumia-specific apps not updating from the store.  We want to share some information that should give you insight as to what is happening.
User Experience:
Lumia apps are not updating (and showing various error codes) when trying to install or update on a device that has been upgraded to Win10.
Affected Devices:
Any Lumia device which is running a Win10 build
Affected Builds:
All Win10 builds installed on Lumia devices
Cause:
The Lumia-specific apps have not yet been ported into the Win10 store.
Solution and Plans:
At this time there is no workaround.  Until these apps are ported to the Win10 Store, users will not be able to reinstall or update these apps.
There is specific work underway for the Win10 store that has to be completed before these apps can be ported over.  While there is no stated date as for when this work will be completed, the appropriate efforts are underway.
We'll provide updates along the way as this work is completed and let users know when these apps will be available on Win10.

Original Article:

Several users are reporting that we are experiencing trouble downloading or updating certain applications , usually related to the Lumia applications for these terminals or Windows 10 Mobile. Again which has shed some light on this situation has been Gabriel Aul on his Twitter account.
When a user asked that he is facing the error 0x803F8006 when he trying to download certain applications, Aul confirmed to be a problem with the Lumia applications and the shop equipment is already working on a solution .
As we never tire of saying, we must remember that despite the multiple updates to store Windows 10 has received is still far from perfect, especially in its mobile version is where most errors often result. Now we know that Microsoft is aware of this problem and are working on a solution.
Have you suffered or are you suffering from this problem?

Thanks Sumit and Ali Abubakar  for the tip !!
