Recently Microsoft launched their new flagship Lumia 950 with AT&T in USA. The big brother of 950 will be available very soon in many countries.
Now there is a statement from Microsoft's CFO Amy Hood at an event " We launched a 950 & 950XL. They are premium products , at the premium end of the markets, made for Windows fans. And we'll have a business phone as well."
But if we look at the past we have very few models released by Microsoft. The only devices released are Lumia 950, Lumia 950 XL & a little smaller kid Lumia 550.
But with Hood's statement it's very clear that Microsoft is going to stick on it's plans that were announced months ago.
Microsoft already said that many more devices are coming with iris scanner. Even there are rumors that a Surface phone is coming . The surface phone was spotted on benchmarking site also.
Microsoft's current Surface lineup is doing very well around the globe & Surface devices are very good for business. So Microsoft could be making a Surface phone keeping some business users in Mind.
